These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, services, and content. By accessing or using any part of our websites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platforms.

2. About OAZIS Health

OAZIS Health is a healthcare organization dedicated to saving lives and improving health outcomes for those who need it most. We employ innovative, cost-effective, technology-enabled solutions to improve health and well-being, especially in underserved communities. Our work is guided by three core pillars, collectively referred to as ABC:

  • A – Advocacy: We conduct research to generate evidence that informs advocacy efforts, driving impactful healthcare interventions and influencing policy decisions at the highest levels.

     

  • B – Building Capacity: We empower healthcare providers, patients, and the general community through training, education, and awareness initiatives that lead to improved health outcomes and enhanced quality of care.

     

  • C – Care Provision: We establish and operate healthcare access points (clinics, campaigns,…) to ensure that quality care is both available and accessible to individuals and communities in need.

All intellectual property, including training videos, documents, logos, software, and other multimedia on the OAZIS platforms, belongs to OAZIS Health or its partners. You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent authorship or affiliations with any OAZIS Health material

  • All user-generated data, including but not limited to course progress, activity logs, survey responses, and feedback, is the exclusive property of OAZIS Health

Termination does not affect OAZIS Health’s rights regarding data already collected or processed.
